After my honeymoon in Belize last year we added this adaptation of chermoula onto the menu. We love serving it with rich things like avocados! It is always fun to find ways to have winter ingredients like ruby red grapefruit make you feel like you are on the beach!
- 1 cup grapefruit juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tsp jalapeno, minced
- 1/4 cup red onion, fine diced
- 2 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 1 Tbsp mint, chopped
Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix.
