stone fruit tomato salad with unagi (the dressing is the same i made at the green city market demo a while back!)
beef hearts, marinated in the marinade
- get beef hearts from your local butcher
- marinate for at least an hour in the marinade (preferably overnight)
- tightly skewer beef hearts (anything hanging will burn)
- grill until seared
