Something about being in the mountains in Aspen just makes you want to eat a bit healthier.  We got yo hang with Chobani last weekend and show folks our love of using Greek yogurt in just about anything! Of course it’s great with just fruit and granola but once you see it as more of an ingredient in brunch, lunch, dinner, dessert, snacks…. Possibilities are endless! It’s that bright tang alongside the rich creamy texture that helps brighten up dishes.
