Yield: 2 12 oz servings

Time: 30 minutes


1 1/3 cups high quality apple cider

1/3 cup fresh squeezed grapefruit juice

1/3 cup fresh squeezed orange juice

1 2” cinnamon stick

1 dry Thai chili

2 whole star anise

2 whole cloves

1 teaspoon black peppercorns

Bring everything to a boil, turn off heat and let steep for 30 minutes.  If you like more spice, leave Thai chili in while steeping, otherwise remove, but leave rest of spices.  Strain

and serve hot with cinnamon sticks to garnish.
