Serves: 12 (6 oz cocktails)

Time: Less than 10 minutes


6 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice

12 oz Aperol or Campari (Campari will be a little more bitter)

12 oz gin

2 bottles brut champagne

12 orange slices

Mix together lemon juice, Aperol, and gin; this can be done several days in advance. Right before serving, poor in champagne. Mix well before pouring. Fill 10-12 oz glasses with ice and pour over 6 oz of cocktail. Garnish with an orange slice on the rim and serve immediately.
