Got some requests for this dressing from Little Goat! I love this on a salad but it also works great over simple chicken or pork with rice! Just livens things up with bright yuzu!
2 T champagne vinegar
1 T Yuzu Kosho **
2 T fish sauce
2 T extra virgin olive oil
1 T rosemary
1/3 Cup mayo
1/2 Cup greek yogurt
Put it all in a blender and blend on high so rosemary gets fully blended in.
**If you can’t find yuzu kosho, lime works as a great substitution.
