1 ¼ C Pickled rhubarb, rough chop

1 ½ C Pickled rhubarb juice

½ C Soy

¼ C Tarragon, chopped

¾ C Mint, chopped

2 C Scallions, sliced

1 T Sambal

¾ C EVOO

 

Whisk all ingredients in a bowl
