NRA Show: World Culinary Showcase

the nra show is coming to chicago in just a couple weeks, and while so many of the world’s best chefs will be traveling to the city in order to attend, i just get to take a quick ride to get there. how lucky am we chicagoans!?!?

14th annual girl food dinner

it’s gonna be ladies night at the west town tavern in nearly a week, and i really can’t wait. i’ll be cooking with some of the midwest’s best female chefs to benefit the greater chicago food depository - and believe it or not, it’s the 14th year. single men, how could you not show up for an event called the girl food dinner!?

benefit for cincinnati children’s hospital medical center

local cincinnatian jean-robert de cavel and i come together for a cooking demonstration and luncheon to benefit cincinnati children’s hospital medical center. please join us at the midwest culinary institute at cincinnati state on friday, april 16th. the doors open at 10am, and the cooking demonstration begins at 11am, sharp.
